Air Quality Historical Data Platform

the World Air Quality Index (WAQI) project team has always been keen on providing a transparent Air Qualitty Information to the world citizens. 
The WAQI project has also always been keen on providing historical Air Quality Data to relevant institutions and organizations working in the area of environmental awareness, air quality monitoring, as well as health and epidemiological studies. Here are few of our partners and colleagues to which we have been providing historical air quality data information: n order to make the historical Air Quality Data dissemination even more relevant, the World Air Quality Index team has been investigating with the most relevant international institutions the possibility to setup an open data framework. Here are few of the institutions we have engaged:

• WMO - World Meteorological Organization
• GEO - Group on Earth Observations
• WRI - World Resource Institute
• CCA - Climate & Clean Air Coalition

The open data framework objective is to provide unlimited and free access the world-historical and real-time Air Quality data from the 70+ countries covered on aqicn.org Everyone - both institutions as well as citizens - agrees that this is not only a good idea but that it should *just* happen.

 

당연히 서울 중심지의 미세먼지 강도가 높다. 아산시의 미세먼지 강도 또한 높다.

발생원이 국외 영향이 30~50%(고농도시는 60%~80%)이고, 나머지 국내배출의 경우 수도권은 경유차(29%)가, 전국적으로는 공장 등 사업장(41%)이 가장 높은 비중*을 차지하는 것으로 분석되고 있다.

이에 고농도 미세먼지 대기배출사업장을 집중관리하고, 비산먼지발생사업장중 특별관리공사장 45개소를 지정하여 특별 점검할 계획이다

고동시의 국외 영향이 60~80%까지 간다고 한다. 경유차, 공장 등등 미세먼지를 배출하는 주요 원인은 무엇일까?

올해 ´05년 이전 노후경유차 조치폐차 물량은 약 300대로 배기량별 상한액 범위 내에서 중고차 가격을 지원받을 수 있다. {3.5톤 미만 165만원 이하, 3.5톤 이상 440만원 이하(6천CC이하), 770만원 이하(6천CC초과)}

2. 친환경 자동차보급 확대와 충전인프라 구축

올해 14억2백만원의 예산을 확보해 전기자동차 50대의 보급지원과 관용차 6대를 전기자동차로 구입할 예정이다. 전기자동차 충전소(급속) 3개소 6기 설치할 계획이며, 수소자동차 부품산업 유치와 연계한 수소자동차 충전소설치도 추진하고 있다

농촌폐기물은 환경오염의 주범이다.

폐비닐과 농약빈용기를 모아서 돈으로 바꿔주는 시설이 바로 "농촌폐기물 공동집하장"

그 외 미세먼지 피해를 줄이기 위한 알림

1. 대기질 정보 시민알림 전달체계도 구축했다. 대기오염정보를 손쉽게 접할 수 있도록 유동인구 밀집지역 10개소에 대기질 신호등 설치·운영하고 있으며, 관내 초등학교 45개소에 미세먼지알림판을 설치해 미세먼지 민감계층에게 실시간 미세먼지 예보등급 알림서비스를 실시하고 있다.
